June 17, 2025 Ms. Kelli Lambert is the commensurate insurance professional; a careful listener, efficient, detail oriented and always willing to go the extra mile. She is an excellent agent who I strongly recommend. Going on to Medicare and needing a Medigap Supplement Plan, Drug Plan, and Dental & Vision Plan felt like it would require a lot of decisions; Kelli made great suggestions and always patiently answered my many questions. At one point a close friend really wanted me to consider an Advantage Plan which I knew was not likely appropriate for me. Nevertheless Kelly took the extra time to put together some plan details and numbers which I could then share with my friend for them to better understand why an Advantage Plan wasn’t ideal for me. (Where l live the Annual Out of Pocket Maximums are Very High.) In the midst of being thorough and efficient, Kelly is always polite. When I’m focused on a task it can be difficult for me to not overtalk or interrupt. Kelli always paused & waited for me. Her manners & communication skills are excellent. Just worked with Becky Larson at TIG to select my Medicare plan and she was absolutely great! Super clear, no sales vibe at all. In the end, I picked a plan that does not pay the agent and she said, "I recommended that plan as one of your options because I thought it would meet your needs, the fact that I don't get paid by that company is neither here nor there." Amazing right? I would recommend her without hesitation to any of my freinds.
